This is confronting reading. Scott Adams (yes, the Dilbert guy) writes about persuasion in relation to the Trump campaign. The tactics that worked. How and why they worked, complete with examples. Trump’s America is not Australia but these tactics of persuasion would be just as effective here.
I am sure that everyone has met someone at work/socially/in their family whose confidence is their world view directly challenges your own. But then you realise that your dislike of the messenger does not necessarily mean that they are wrong?
